There is no private port listed in this location on the PPA website list. Was an environment impact study done? If you are concerned about the damage to the environment caused by this operation send an email PPA at info@ppa.com.ph. This is the historic Blue Beach where the American forces under General Douglas MacArthur landed to begin the liberation of the Philippines in October 1944.
